Ryan Hardin is the Associate / Worship Pastor of Equation Church. He is a native of Alton, Illinois, the husband of Charnette Hardin, and the father of two sons – Noah and Christian.

Ryan and his family came to Equation Church to help launch the church and have been instrumental to its success and solid structure. Ryan is known as the “Right Hand Man” of Equation Church that makes every service, event, and outreach go off without a hitch.

As the Worship Pastor, Ryan is responsible for our worship team, a group of young people with a heart after God. They bring Equation Church and their guests into the presence of God every week through powerful and engaging praise and worship songs.
