Charnette Hardin is the wife to Ryan, Associate / Worship Pastor of Equation Church. She is a native of Alton, Illinois and the mother of two sons, Noah & Christian.

Charnette is one of Equation Church’s secret weapons and a source of encouragement for her pastors. She can virtually do any task assigned to her whether it is maintaining Equation Church’s several social media outlets, updating the website, or just a big smile and a hug. Equation Church wouldn’t be what it is without her.
